Yes. If your booking includes multiple performances, any scheduled breaks or travel time between sets or venues is usually included as part of the overall booking period. This allows us to remain available exclusively for your event, transport equipment safely and be fully prepared for each performance. If your event has specific timings or multiple locations, we’re happy to discuss a tailored package.

Yes. We provide all professional sound equipment and amplification required for the performance, so everything is taken care of. This is included in your quote with no hidden extras.

We usually allow around 45 minutes to an hour to set up and soundcheck before guests arrive. This ensures everything is ready and sounding its best before the performance begins.

Yes. We can provide background playlist music through our PA system before and between live performances to help maintain the atmosphere throughout your event.

Yes, provided there is suitable cover and access to power if amplification is needed. Outdoor ceremonies and drinks receptions can work beautifully with cello and guitar, and we’re happy to discuss venue logistics in advance.

We’re based in Manchester and travel across the North West. Travel is included within 15 miles of Manchester. Beyond this, travel is charged at 40p per mile.

For central Manchester venues where parking is unavailable, a £35 return taxi fee may apply to safely transport the cello and equipment.

To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the event. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and your date is reserved exclusively for you.

We understand that wedding/event schedules can shift. If timings change, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Small timing adjustments are usually no problem.

Yes. We’ve performed at a wide range of established venues across the UK, including Arley Hall, Hoghton Tower and Mottram Hall, as well as luxury London hotels and private venues in Covent Garden. We regularly perform at weddings, corporate events and private celebrations in a variety of settings.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance of up to 10 million pounds and can provide documentation to your venue if required.

Once you get in touch, we’ll discuss your event, timings, venue and musical preferences before providing a personalised quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, your date is secured with a deposit and we’ll work with you to finalise all the details leading up to the event.
